I have a SYNO DS918+ NAS.
I find most of my video folders in PLEX.
I made a videos folder with a Die Hard subfolder with all the films in the saga in this subfolder.
PLEX find them good.
I did the same thing for a JAMES BOND sub-folder and the PLEX only found one film instead of 27.
I checked the permissions, I tried to rename the files but nothing works.
Do you have any idea, I’m stuck…

If you are creating “collection”-type subfolders, you need to adhere more closely to the recommended naming style with its contents. https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-movie-media-files/
Ideally, you create subfolders for every movie within the “collection” subfolder.
I am doing this and it works alright:
If you rename your files, you may have to perform a Plex Dance to clear any mismatches you might have now in your Plex database.
