Filter by Folders broken

On ios and android, the “Filter by folders” view is broken. Folders are displayed but the following issues have been introduced by 2026.5.0

1. Folders cannot be entered. Selecting a folder does not do anything.
2. The navigation slider on the right side of the screen is unresponsive and does not respond to touch or input

These issues make navigation by folder unusable

Server logs include the log message “Unknown Metadata type: folder”

This is fixed in the latest beta (2026.7.0).

Folders won't open

Server Version#:1.43.0.10492 Player Version#:2026.5.0 (971050036) Hello, a few days ago Plex stopped opening folders on Android apps. I have a Samsung s24 Ultra and a Lenovo M10 plus 3rd Gen. I am able to open the folders on every other device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times as well. I am able to open folders if i use the browser which gives me a work around but hope you have a fix. Thank you, love Plex!
