[FIOS] Internet Connected but no access to Internet while PMS is running

@nemesyssoft In the “My Fios” iOS app I see the setting on the homepage of the app, 3rd banner down, labeled “Internet: Manage Your Hoke Network Protection.” Click that to go into the internet settings, and about halfway down the page is a section called “Devices & Parental Controls.” In that small section Home Network Protection should be listed.

I couldn’t find a way to do this via the Verizon site or the web-browser interface for the Fios router settings — the iOS app was the only place I could find the option to switch it off.

Is it possible that this setting is determined by the router model you have? You can see the model I have, it’s an old model. On the second screen, Verizon tries to push me to an updated model which has, among other things, “Parental Controls”…
