I have a Plex server installed on a Synology NAS and 2 fire sticks which connect to it. All was well until yesterday when I logged in to plex from the fire stick tv and all I could see were the Live TV Movies and Shows, Web Shows etc… but none of my media. My server was listed under “+More” on the sidebar but my media folders had been unpinnied.
I went through and pinned them to sidebar but now there is just a yellow warning triangle next to each folder and it says my server is currently unavailable. I can connect through a web browser and play media, I can also connect successfully through my iPhone.
As far as I know nothing has changed. I have tried re-installing, clearing the cache etc on the 4K fire stick OS6.2.7.7 (NS6277/3033) which is running version 8.13.2.23227 of the plex app. My 2nd Fire TV Stick is running the same Plex app version but is on Fire OS 5.2.77 (662663920) with the same issue. My synology nas is a DS1511+ on DSM 6.2.3-25426.
Any help would be appreciated.
