Fire Stick restarted midway through movie, video quality on Plex Player then set to same as remote stream bitrate

Halfway through watching a movie last night my Fire Stick restarted itself. When I went back to the movie, the quality had dropped significantly. I went to video quality settings on the Fire Stick Player and noticed that the quality had been set to the same that I’d set manually next to ‘Limit remote stream bitrate’ in Remote Access settings on the server: 4 Mbps (720p). This seems to suggest that at some point my local network lost a connection, but my Fire Stick has a wired internet connectPlex Media Server Logs_2020-04-04_07-16-22.zip (4.7 MB) ion (via a power line setup), so that would seem unlikely.
