This is an issue that has been plaguing me for near 2 years now since I first purchased this FireTV Cube. It happens seemingly randomly and perhaps not only when playing media as I believe I’ve seen it happen while sitting idle viewing my library. I have tried many old versions as well as newest however it continues to happened at least once a day if not more.
The crashes do not exit the app, instead the playback halts to a black screen for a few seconds then I see the Plex loading logo followed by profile selection. Any assistance would be immensely useful as this is the only app I experience issues with.
