Firestick Playlist Cannot Click Up to Click Shuffle

I have noticed that when I navigate to playlists on the firestick, and I click a playlist (video) that I want to watch, I load all the files fine, but I can’t go up to the Play or Shuffle buttons at the top. I have to press left, then right, then it highlights the Play button and I can click Shuffle.

This is still occurring in version 8.25.1.

This has been going for months and many updates later and the UI for video playlist still has this bug.

It has been an issue for months for us as well. There have been other threads about similar bugs:

The season context button bug seems to have been fixed recently but the playlist Shuffle problem persists.

I’ve had this problem for months, as well. I hoped it would be fixed, but it’s been long enough I finally came to find or create a post about it.

This recently started working for me again! My current app version is 8.31.2.31546 (62043fa3) and Fire OS version is 6.2.8.7 (NS6287/3768). Server version isn’t ready at hand.
