Firetv 4k new updates to ftv and plex plex late start

i have a plex server , plex on widows system works fine but after some updates to ftv and plex when i switch on the firetv 4k have to wait for 1 minute before i start plex otherwise plex will try to start with blank screen and hang the fire tv and crash. 2 tvs 2 firetvs, tried factory reset firetv
