FireTV box - Can't play anything, error with Exoplayer in log

Player Version#: 8.18.2 (FireTV 1st gen.box)

My FireTV box doesn’t play any movie or series anymore. It always shows error message “An error occured. Please check your connection”. But there is no issue with the Plex server. I can scroll through my libraries and Plex is working fine with other clients (Android or Desktop web interface). The issue happened also with previous Plex app 8.17 and seems to be related to Exoplayer. The log file from Plex app on FireTV box is indicating this to me. Please have a look and try to fix it.

Same error message appears on my FireTV Stick and the FireTV 4K Stick. They just stopped working. On other devices like Web-Browser or the Android App, I can play every movie or tv series.

Before the last update, I could chose to disable the new player, because it didn’t work. But now, I don’t have this option anymore. Please bring back this option, so I can use Plex. Otherwise there is no reason to use Plex anymore.

Cant play anything on Nvidia shield either… Don’t know it its the same bug…
