I am suddenly getting notifications that my Plex server is unclaimed and I can’t play any content as it says my Plex server is unavailable.
Anyone else starting getting this from around 10PM ET Feb 21 2018?
Yes. Started happening earlier today after an app update for me. Some files would play some would not. Now nothing will play. Strange.
I’ve asked the Operations team to look at it.
May I ask what regions you guys(gals) are in?
Central U.S. here. This started happening for me on Fire TV sometime after noon. Worked fine this morning. App is version 6.13.7.3458.
App on Fire tablet is 6.12.0.3239 and it seems to work fine.

I’m also east coast and seem ok (i’m doing a lot of testing with the server and app updates right now… no issues)… I’ll go ping the regional servers and see if one is misbehaving ( we all can be located all over the country).
I have left the message for ops. Most of them are in europe. Worst case, they wake up around 3am Eastern and see my note
I’ve done some more testing on my end and it appears only some content is affected when attempting to use a Fire TV the same as tjdiUxwNh7 reported

When I checked on the server I found it was giving me unclaimed errors.
Please test on FireTV as that appears to have been affected by an update of some sort.
My FireTV stick was updated today as well.
The only thing weird though was that it apparently had forgotten which server it used.
(Initially, I only saw News and Watch Later)
A visit to the lowest menu item and selecting the right server rectified this.
