FireTV Freezes, Skips and Errors

When viewing movies on Amazon FireTV 4K Max the streaming will eventually freeze (audio continues), then will sync within 5 seconds, a few minutes later the video will flash dark, rewind 2 seconds. Then after a few more minutes will “Error occurred when trying to play this video”. When the error occurs the dashboard on the server shows a burst of data to the client.

Sometimes the errors begin and start within seconds… the time is not consistent.

All of these errors and issues ONLY occur on the FireTV. I stream to Web, iPhone and other devices without issues. Attached are the network logs from the FireTV
