What is wrong with it exactly? Which episode ordering are you using for your file naming?
Are you using the Plex TV Series scanner and agent?
These seasons are ordered properly for me.
I have my show order set to TVDB but the TMDB has the same order. I don’t think it would make a difference but if you’re using the TMDB order you could try and switch it just to see
I have a feeling the files you have were named according to some other source besides the two Plex uses
If your files have a title for each episode on your file system you can drop them in this program in the right order and rename them according to the TVDB
