Fix Match no longer showing for TV Series

For some reason, I no longer have the option to “Fix Match” for any TV Series on my Plex server. I still have the option for my Movies. Any ideas why the option has disappeared? Below is all I’m seeing for any TV Series video.

The option to Match/Fix match only exists in the Series view drop down, not in the Season or Episode view.

Oh yea, I think I knew that but haven’t ever had to match a single episode. Any idea how I can get South Park Pandemic Special to match? It doesn’t work as S24E00.

The agent looks at the TVDB so I don’t think this is going to match without them fixing their content

It appears as s24e01 there as well.
You may want to allow a few days for the plex cloud cache to get the new data.

That’s not likely to happen. Originally they had it as S00E42 before changing it to S24E01.

I’ve tried naming it both ways (S00E42 and S24E01) and Plex won’t recognize it for either. Any other options to get it working?
