As of today 04/09/2022 the option to fix a mismatched tv show or movie isn’t available anymore. Is there a work around available? Is anyone else having the same issue?
Works for me. Are you logged in as a Managed User, rather than the admin account? Managed Users don’t have admin power, so that option (and others, like refresh metadata and the pencil edit icon) is missing.

This is what I see on the season level.
And this is what I see when I’m on the show level.
I never had this issue before and this all started when Plex started to add all the big streaming platforms to their software.
There’s no fix-match option on season or episode level. Based on the format of posters visible in the background of your screenshots I guess what we see aren’t shows, are they (looks more like square playlist posters)
You can only use Fix Match on the overall “Show” level.
If you see the second photo I posted its on the show level but still no fix match.
There’s no Get Info on the show level… therefore my guess is that’s not actually the context menu of a tv-show. Looks more like an episode-level context menu to me.
For reference… (my screenshots miss the Delete option as I’ve disabled that on my server):
Show → Season → Episode
