Fix match returns No matches found for everything

Hi, seem to have an issue with both remote access and any kind of searching, either just general plex search or via Fix match. Fix match always has no results, and global search just seems to return local content. Looking at the logs, it looks like the remote access setup is failing when trying to do it with upnp, and then there seem to be quite a few errors connecting to plex.tv

It’s a new plex install on a Terramaster FS-423, previously had plex running on Synology NAS and not had any issues like this. It’s a Sky router hub and Upnp is enabled. I don’t see any existing port forwarding rules in there that are leftover from when it was on synology.

EDIT: Completely broken now, tried an unclaim of the server, and now it won’t claim it. Button just does nothing.

So it turns out it was the NAS was unable to connect out to the internet. Not sure what had changed it but after following these instructions: https://forum.terra-master.com/en/viewtopic.php?t=5939 and setting it back to automatically obtain network settings, the NAS then had internet access, and was able to then reclaim the plex server and searching in plex now is working
