To be fair… you post isn’t giving much basis to follow-up on. You basically just say “it’s not working, fix it!”.
In order to get somebody to support you might want to provide some more information as for what is wrong and how you want to see it fixed (e.g. expected behavior vs. current behavior). It’ll also always help if you include some technical details on your setup – e.g. but not limited to version of Plex Media Server, what Plex client/version you’re using, what type of subtitles this is about (embedded or external files; subtitles derived from an online source; SRTs vs. image based subtitles…).
Maybe you want to include some more of those information in your parallel post on that subtitle discussion
