This problem has been reported to Plex dev in November 2017 and still no fix.

Same problem here - tried Google Drive and Dropbox, but still no uploads 24 hours laterā¦ considering this was the reason I bought a Plex Pass, it looks like Iām about to save myself some moneyā¦

same problem hereā¦ an update from plex on whether this is a bug or just us would be appreciated. I have the latest plex pass version of the server running on a synology nas trying to use cloud sync to upload to google driveā¦ conversion has been completed but the files are stuck at waiting to be uploaded.
