Guess this is now the place for these types of topics with the closure of the Cloud Sync forum, so here it goes.
For the last few days, I have been unable to upload anything. Iāve tried removing any of the āstuckā files, clearing caches, running updates, etc, to then lead up to placing the file back into its normal folder and then letting Plex re-convert and then attempt to upload.
The file itself is only 196MB which a file of that size would normally have taken up to 3 hours at most from conversion to being synced. Iāve tried other videos of varying sizes, but I cannot get anything to upload anymore.
I am using two sources for Cloud Sync, one is a 1TB Dropbox and the other is an unlimited Amazon.
The Dropbox was the first one I had, but as that one was filling up, I ended up just adding on with Amazonās to not have to go through the hassle of reconverting and reuploading almost 1TB worth of videos.
The Amazon source is currently set as the primary for Plex.
Since the most recent update, Iāve noticed that files donāt always upload (mostly when there are several that need to be uploaded), but typically taking the ones that didnāt upload out, emptying trash, then placing one back in to have them upload one at a time would work.
Things were honestly working far better in the previous update, though already know from past experiences that downgrading does not work.
I always try to stay up-to-date on the software versions, so currently on Version 0.9.16.5.1966-81a3bf0 (latest Plex Pass build as of April 22).
Iām seeing this exact behavior. It is being actively looked at. No specific info on cause or time to fix, but I can assure you itās been routed to the right dev.

This is with Plex server (latest Plex Pass version 0.9.16.4) on a synology nas and using Amazon as my only cloud provider. Trying to sync just 1 small file.
(I did check that I can upload files to my Amazon Cloud Account normally, and had no problems doing that)
I have similar entries in the log:

Can you all check your pending syncās (Amazon Cloud Drive) again? I had quite a few that just went through last night. Iām checking in w/ dev to see if/what changes were made.
I havenāt tried any new syncās yet. Iāll do that tonight.
Confirmed with dev that changes were made on the back-end. I had a very significant number of syncād shows go through so far⦠Iām going to test some more tonight to see if I encounter any further issues.
Appears to be working now.
I let it upload throughout the night about 20 or so different videos, but it looks like 2 of those files (each about 150MB) didnāt upload.
Removing them from the folders that Plex has access to, updating libraries and emptying trash, then placing them back in to reconvert and upload, allowed them through.
Iām trying to upload a 4.3G movie via Cloud Sync to ACD on a 5Mbps UL line and itās been sitting for 10hrs and counting, currently at 55%. I donāt see any settings to set bandwidth speed limitations or exclusions but it sure is very slowā¦
Here Iāve tried with Dropbox and Google Drive.
Not working with both !
Stucks in Waiting to Upload.
Iāve unninstalled the entire Plex, removed all registers and trashs (cache files), reinstalled everything and⦠same problem !
I spent two days researching google about this problem, I found many people complaining mainly about integrating with Amazon (which by the way does not exist anymore), but few people complaining about other methods available.
But worst of all is that there is no post even talking about the SOLUTION of the problem.
Same problem here - first time iāve tried using cloud sync feature. My account is with google and my google drive is the only one registered with plex. Oh well.
Restarting everything (machine, service etc) repeately
Deleting Plex Cloud Sync folder from Google Drive - unlinking and relinking recreated it (as expected)
Following an old solution: Unlink, deleted all synced items in Sync settings, remove Cloud Sync from Devices settings screen, relinked, logged out and in, Synced again, waited 2 days, nothing.
Currently, Cloud Sync is not an option at all in my servers dropdown and there are no files in the Plex Cloud Sync Folder on Google Drive.
EDIT: It should be noted that the Accepted Answer that causes the āFIXEDā part of the title is not actually a solution
