FIXED: Plex Server not reachable after upgrade to v1.18.2.2029

After update from v1.18.2.2019 Media Server is not reachable from PlexWeb or LG Plex application.

ps. is there a way to downgrade on Synology without loosing metadata/settings?

On a Synology, you are free to uninstall the package without losing your metadata.

I keep the program in the AppStore and the metadata in the Plex share on your primary storage volume.

Indeed uninstalling Plex, rebooting device and installing it again fixed the problem. Not sure what was the root problem but after uninstall I still saw the Plex Server processes in the ps output, could be these weren’t properly shutdown even from the previous installation.
