Folder access unreliable on Plex App on Smart TV

Hi, I find that my media folder from my PC cannot be reliably accessed from the Plex app on my TVs. I have two TVs, running off different fire sticks.

I find that the one; I can get to work if I open the app, then close it and open it again. Library doesn’t show up the first time, usually will the second. On my other TV, the library will not load for anything. On-off-on, sign-in/sign-out, nothing works.

Thanks for your time. I’m generally happy with Plex when it does work.
