Folder added but no files

I have a strange issue, I have loaded about 2000 additional songs on my Synology 1512+ NAS, when I checked the Plex Library I noticed that the folder is created but their are no files in the folder, when I actually check the Synology NAS files I can see the folder an the files

Sounds like a permission issue… does the plex user on your NAS have permission to see that share?
