Folders won't display media in iOS

Recent iOS Plex app update (19 May 2020) changed the API to add “Collections” at the bottom of the personal media screen while removing “Folder View” from the upper right corner. This seems to be an intentional (though undocumented in the update notes) change where now the upper left corner provides options for “Movies” or “Folders,” but the folders don’t open. I’ve tried reconfiguring the server settings by reloading folders, adding new folders, and even resetting from personal media to movies, all with no success. How do I let the developers know that this change occurred immediately following the last update (it’s not on my end)?

Folder view has been for quite some time in the control where you decide how to display your media… e.g. movies/folders or shows/seasons/episodes/folders or artists/albums/tracks/folders.

The issue about folders not showing their content has been reported and Plex is looking into it.
