Force Plex to record a show (even if it doesn't want to!)

I’ve got Plex set up to record only new episodes of a program. I see that this program is playing and for some reason the EPG is wrong and it has not tagged it as NEW. I try to record it manually but it does not give me the option to record it. It shows the ‘season pass’ type settings that I set before to only record the new episodes.

How do I force it to record that airing?

I dont have an answer - but just to say, I’d be intersted in this as well. I have a show that didn’t record (for some, unknown reason) and I’d like to get the repeat. Due to the number of repeats, I only have the show set to ‘new airings’, which this one isn’t.

I can’t get it to record just this one episode.
