Forced subtitles no auto configured

Fire TV Stick doesn’t automatically show forced subtitles, which it does in my smart TV apps (LG, Samsung …).
On Fire TV Stick I have to manually enable them when I add a new movie.
In mkvtoolnix I always activate the subtitles as forced and in the other players I do not find problems in this regard. I have also tried various options on the Fire TV Stick with no solution to the problem.

Plex server I have it well configured, otherwise it would not work well in my Smart TV’s.
The subtitles are inside the MKV container, they are not external subtitles.

Yes, i always leave only forced subtitle with mkvtoolnix. In the other players I have (Hisense, Samsung and LG) they do activate automatically.

From app/plex.tv… I have done the same for each managed user and now I see that it automatically enables forced subtitling.
