A while ago i created an account for my father so he can watch my content. He uses it a lot but now he lost his password. I cannot remember what e-mailadress i used back then. Zo i cannot use the lost password function of the site.
Is there a way an Plex Employee can help me retreive the emailadress i used for his account or reset his password? His account is linked to my server.
I can send the username via an private message

“Due to privacy and security concerns, we’re unable to discuss specifics, sorry. However, if you’re sharing with his account, you can edit that share (https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201161067-Edit-an-Existing-Share) and see the email address in the sharing window.”
