Hi,
I had to set up my uncle’s plex server again and we can’t remember the password so I’ve hit ‘reset my password’ typed in the email address and we never receive the email.
It’s a yahoo mail address, I’ve checked that there’s no filter rules, junk email folder etc. I’ve tried this a few times (weeks apart) so that should be well over the temporarily account disable timeout?
I’ve tried creating a new account and again, never receive the email. I’ve tried changing this account to his email address and it says the email address is already in use.
Can a Plex admin please PM me so I can get this sorted out? I can provide any verification details needed etc.
