How come when I play my Plex movies in the original quality it freezes a lot I have to bring it to 4mbps 720 for it to play smooth for it to play smooth
This looks like a Network issue.
Are you PMS or your Xbox connected via WLan ?
PMS Logs would also be helpful.
I don’t know what are pms logs but I have the ethernet cord plugged in directly to my Xbox

In order to get clean logs, quit your Plex Media Server. Then Restart it (This creates a new log file) and try to play a movie on xbox Xbox where the problem occurs.
Then upload the Plex Media Server.log here
