If I try to play the newer additions to my library I get severe freezing. It lets me select but it won’t initially show a play button or the movie art. After a couple minutes it shows a play button and it’s a 50/50 chance it will play - commonly showing a “server not found”.
I’m on a 5ghz wireless connection.
I doubt it’s a connection issue because on the older media it behaves normally.
Any ideas?
Getting the same thing lately. Only seems to be newer added TV shows, not movies. Video freezes for second and then catches up. It does this for about a minute and then it works itself out. The audio is fine. Only does this on Xbox One. After a few episodes in a row then it will just freeze up and not play the file at all. Ethernet connection from server to Xbox.
So what i do not understand is that we pay Plex Money for a product that is total crap. This has been an on going issue for 2 years now and still nothing is fixed. I have an xboxone and the movies will skipp, freeze, and stop all together. But I i play them on my iphone 6 or my desktop pc at work they play just fine without any issues.
