Xbox One, connected via Ethernet (Under DMZ and assigned Static IP within router)
Router: Asus AC-3100
Computer Asus Laptop: X555QA (Using 5G Wi-Fi) signal to AC-3100
Media type: X264 MP4
My movies are already MP4 and previously used via Itunes and Apple TV. So transcoding is not needed.
Any fairly large movie, I would say, 8 GB or higher in size, causes what I described in the title

Get a fresh set of logs for review. Close the Plex Server, wait one minute, start the Plex Server, wait two minutes, go to the Xbox and play a file that has problems, after the problem happens wait 30 seconds, then go to the server and download the logs, settings -> help, click download logs. In your next post, give us the name of the file you tried to play.
BTW, just because your ATV doesn’t require transcoding doesn’t mean the Xbox won’t need it either.
