So my friend and I wanted to share libraries.
I did a “invite a friend” and he did “invite plex user”.
I admit - I just clicked ok-ok-ok on the invite.
now I’m no longer the admin of my own plex but he is, and I’m a “managed user” at his plex.
is this situation reversible somehow?
I guess in some way he needs to delete my user from his plex and start all over?!
He invited you to his Plex Home. When you accepted, he became the admin of your server.
You need to leave his Plex Home. This will make you a regular shared user on his account/server.
You may have to reclaim your server after leaving his Plex Home (It’s been awhile since I went through the process. I don’t remember if you have to re-claim or not).

It did fix everything. I think.
didn’t need to reclaim my server(s)
it did delete all my managed accounts but most of them are new users.
I wonder if it deleted my shares to other people.
The only think I’m wondering about is that my “invite friend” is not there anymore.
