Joined Plex Home and lost all managed accounts

Exactly what the title says. My roomate decided to get his own plex-pass account and was messing around and ended up trying to join my account to his home. Lost all managed accounts including watch history. Is there any way to reverse this? Is there even a plex support line I could reach out to about this? I’ve seen online that you can reset the database to a backup, but this seems like an account related thing its not like its tied to a single server (I have multiple on the account).

I found a related topic for more background : Here

Its not like its the end of the world for most of these managed accounts but it will really suck if there is no way to reverse this

You can only be a member of one Plex Home, so when you joined your friend’s Home, you left your own Home. All the managed users in your Plex Home were destroyed, and any non-managed users in your Home are now just Friends. You can leave your friend’s Plex Home (you will remain Plex “Friends”) and regain control of your own Home, but I don’t think there’s any way to recover managed users. You can recreate them, but they will be new users, with no histories.

You’re correct that user accounts aren’t in backups. They live on plex.tv.

My savior! The watch history was still there just under the old user ID. I was able to swap out the old IDs for the new ones for watch history and it worked! Its like nothing ever happened (other than all the account security pins missing)

Thanks again!
