I migrated to a new Plex Server on Ubuntu. Somehow the user settings and database didn’t migrate properly so I am having to configure the new instance from scratch. I have added my movie libraries, but having trouble adding users who originally had access to the old instance. I add their emails/username through Manage Library Access, they get the invite, they accept, but when they login, they can’t see my Library. This is happening for users who had access to my old server. New users are able to get to my library just fine. What is happening here and how can I clean this up? Thank you.
Hello, sorry for the late reply. Are you still observing this issue? I took a quick look at your account and only see the one server now but wanted to double check that you were up and running again.
