Frozen on buffering when transcoding only audio for Samsung/Tizen TV

When playing media that requires only audio transcoding the reproduction freezes after short time or when forwarding or rewarding the video.

When the media requires transcoding for both video and audio there is no problem

Playback freezes (overzealous client, range could not be satisfied)

Server Version#: 1.40.2.8395 Player Version#: 5.82.2 (Tizen) I reported this 4 months ago and nothing has changed since then. The thread was closed and the issue has never been addressed. Best workadound found so far is to change the playback bitrate (More, Settings, Video Quality, select any quality other than the original). This forces the video to be transcoded to a different bitrate, keeping the quality as close as possible to the original video file, not having to downgrade the video to a different resolution.

Any way to check if this bug has already been considered for fix?
