Futurama meta data season 10 thur 13 messed up or missing is there a fix?
There are only 10 seasons of Futurama, currently, according to TMDB and TVDB. IMDB uses a different number system due to a CONFUSING series of show hand-offs. I read it, and am still unsure exactly who did what. Basically, the current owners, Hulu, continued the previous people’s numbering (Comedy Central?), which was messed up compared to how it was all actually produced.
The disparity comes from the movies being split up into episodes and called a season, while 2 26-episode production runs were split into 4 13-episode seasons. IMDB and TVDB ignore those numbers, so they are 3 seaons behind the “official” numbering Hulu uses.
Since Plex uses TMDB by default, it’s best to order according to them.
