Get timeout if I try to connect to IP_NAS_address:32400/web

Got a new NAS and installed PLEX from the Synology application loader but I get a timeout when I try to open it up? Tried to un-install PLEX and re-install but same results?
Package center says it is running?
Any ideas what I could check

Looks like I got it, I was re-reading the “read this first” and thought I had to unselect the MTU but I checked it and entered the 1500 and now I get the log in screen
