Server Version#: 1.30.1.6562
I had plex installed and it was having problems, so I removed it using the remove everything option. I have attempted to reinstall it and getting stuck at the “something went wrong screen” when going to the local IP address:32400/web.
Any ideas?

You’re running a 32 bit ARM CPU in that Syno.
It’s going to be slow.
It’s definitely getting near the end of its useful life as a Plex server.
What you see above 
is Plex/web having timed out because PMS isn’t ready yet.

Thanks for the response. I have tried waiting 15-20 seconds and doing the F5 and no change. I see the plex logo, then the same screen. Any other ideas?
I get to the auth screen, click to sign in and back to the “something went wrong” screen. Any other ideas?
Stop PMS
Using FileStation, Drill into PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server
Right-click ‘Logs’ → ‘Compress to Logs.zip’
Download that ZIP file and attach here.

Did you change the DHCP server settings recently?
Is the cable clicked tight into the Syno & switch/router ?

What’s the MTU ? Is it 1500 (default) or did you set something else ?
Server is set on static ip address - 192.168.1.10
I have removed and reconnected the network cables to ensure they are properly seated - the NICs are set as bonded (active/standby only). I cannot see them flapping on the router.
Will try bringing the PMS back up now the cables have been reseated.
PMS is now letting me setup up the interface and add the media. Looks like we loose network cable may have been the problem. Might mean other things work a little easier as well now. Thanks for your help Chuck.
