Getting an Error when trying to download items to my iPad

I am having an issues with downloading items to my ipad. When I try to download it immediately goes to Error Response Error Code: 400.

I have looked through both server logs and client logs and can’t find much. I’ve posted in reddit here - https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/wepuw5/plex_pass_getting_errors_when_trying_to_download/

Any help would be appreciated.
