Status code 404 on iPad Plex App 8.41 when downloading (specific episodes) from my server

When I download Wild Wild West Season 1 episode 13 & 14 (I haven’t tried any more) from my Plex server onto my iPad, with the ipadOS Plex App, status code 404 is shown on the app. I have gone to the server and verified these episodes are present, as well as played those episodes directly from the server (from a Windows system, using the Windows VLC app), no problem at all. This tells me that those 2 episodes are good.
I have also played those 2 episodes from the Windows Desktop Plex App, no problems.
When I try downloading those episodes from the Windows Desktop Plex App, nothing happens. The download does not start, no error is shown.

The previous Wild Wild West 1-12 episodes in Season 1 download & play without issue. I have no problems downloading other TV shows & movies onto this ipad.

What further steps can I do to troubleshoot/understand & fix this?
This isn’t a recent problem, I’ve had this for several months, I’m just now posting for help. Since I’ve first had this issue, there have been several Synology Plex server updates, and a few of the Ipad viewer app as well.

The Plex desktop app for iPadOS shows all 28
episodes for Season 1.
