Hello. Could use some help with this. Long time plex pass member but downloads no longer work on my iPhone but they do on my iPad. They are showing up as a grey box in my download list on my phone and nothing plays. I also sometimes see error 400 flash on the screen when I setup the download.
Plex employee - would love some support.
Edit: I deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled it and now it works. There is one thing not working but I can live with it vs. invest time to explore. If I download a TV episode directly, rather than the ‘poster’ from the show I get a grey box. But if I go into the series and select download last 3 unwatched episodes or something like that, I get the poster from the show in the download list.
On my ipad, I can select individual episodes or download from the series menu and I will get posters either way. Most of my plex viewing is apple tv or ipad based, so I’m not that fussed about posters on the iphone (even though it should work).
I wanted to watch a show on the road this morning and that’s how I discovered the downloading was corrupted. Seems a fresh install of the app solved it (other than the posters).
