Movie Download Error

Server Version#: Version 1.29.2.6364, Unraid 6.10.3
Player Version#: iPad Pro 11in (1st gen) version 8.9; iPhone 14 Pro version 8.11.1

I receive an error when downloading certain movie files. There does not appear to be any common thread regarding file type, encoding type, etc. that I can find. Behavior is seen on both iPad and iPhone. Generally, when it fails it immediately errors out. Can anyone help me determine why I’m receiving this error? I’ve attached logs for troubleshooting. TIA.

You’ll need to provide the ios logs.

Looks like things are getting stuck trying to download Suicide Squad. Can you cancel/delete that from Downloads and try downloading another movie?

Thanks for the assistance. The problem persists. It appears to only happen with certain movies. Most download without issue, which makes me think it has something to do with the file itself or its attributes. I’ve included another instance of a few files that fail consistently and one that downloads successfully. Thanks.
