Playing Error s1001 - None video can be read

Hello,

I get an error message s1001 (Network) when I try to read a media using Plex on my computer (windows 10) I can create library, all the files are well recognized but impossible to read one file neither on the computer or smartTV.

Previously I used a Synology Server to access and everything worked well. I don’t want to use Synology Server anymore and I’d like to acces my files throught my HDD plugged in my personal computer.
