ok i been having problems the last few days
i am using the latest media server and updated graphic card drivers
v.1.42.2.10156-f737b826c
i have a nvidea gforce rtx 2070 super
i normaly watch through my apple tv and have not had any problems in the past in playing 4k films and others could watch tv programs or 1080p fims at the same time now all of a sudden i getting the above message when trying to watch 4k films if someone else is watching somthing i get the message which ever 4k film i try to play i use direct stream
looking at task manager i can see gpu goes up to 100% if i turn of hardware encoding my cpu goes up to 100% its now got the stage that even with just myself it wont play some of the 4k it dosnt seem to matter of file size either i cant say i ever notice the gpu going to 100%

for the last couple of days my remote access seems to be playing up saying no outside network available i have to keep turning my modem off and reboot it then it works fine for a few hrs then does it again

i think my graphic card may be on its way out about 3 weeks ago i notice when ever my pc went into standby it would do the screen saver then switch the moniter off after 5 mins when this happended i could not get it to turn it back on i had to reboot the whole pc to get to my desktop i did replace my monitor which seemed to have fixed that problem

i tryed using emby as a test and this runs and plays all 4k films direct stream with no problem or high usage

strange thing is if i play using http://127.0.0.1/ the same problems happen just as it does on the plex app on my tvs or apple box if i open plex app on pc everthing seems to play ok with 50% gpu
