HI,
I’m having a bit of a time getting my DualHD to work with Plex.
I have it working perfectly with the WinTV app, though it took 2 goes at tuning it.
I’ve failed to get any stations working on Plex - the EPG works, but when I click on a channel (one that works in WinTV, and has the right number) I just get the spinning wheel, during which time the tuner status suggests that it’s being used as one dot is red and one green on its config panel (also one orange light appears on the USB stick).
then I get:
I now want to start again, but I’m struggling removing the tuner and starting again.
I can delete the DVR, using the “Delete DVR” link:
Which wipes out the guide and seemingly the tuner, getting me back to the start screen.
I can then go thru the tuner set up the same way as the first time:
but when I hit next, it skips straight past tuning:
And goes straight to the Tuner setup page using the old tuning data:
there is a “rescan” button, but clicking it does nothing.
I have tried unplugging the USB tuner, restarting etc etc.
I am prepared to go in and edit the DB to remove the tuner config if I have to, (though I’d need to try and find some guidance on that) but I feel sure I’m missing a more obvious way to delete the current setup and start again.
