Getting playback error on Android app permanently until cleaning application cache

I’m facing the same issue with Android app for about a year every week.
At some point of time app stops playing videos showing playback error (it shows me error on Russian, that there’s some playback issue, please check connection and retry) , but I’m able to play content at same time on other devices.

Logout and login don’t help, but clearing the cache of the application in Android settings helps and playback issues disappear. But after some time this problem appears again.

I am using Samsung S21U with Android 12 and latest available version of Plex app available in Google Play.

P.S. I have faced this problem with different connections to the internet. At same time I have no issue in iPhone app using same connection to the internet, same account and same server.
