I keep getting this error:
Playback Error
Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted
This has been happening for about a month. Finally I checked the files and my harddrive changed from L: to N:. I changed the source folder to N:\ and everything worked, for 1 night. My Xbox one works, but my PS4 doesn’t. I’d rather assume the Xbox doesn’t work since it probably won’t tomorrow.
Well that was fast. Plex no longer works on my Xbox One and just checked my Roku which is also not working.
It was working on my Xbox last night. Now it isn’t working again. Same error.
How long does it usually take to get someone to help?
