Getting Ready Loop

Had plex for last 5 years. Last night started to get a “Getting Ready” Error. Cannot access Server at all as it is just a blank black page.

At a complete loss what to try next.

Tried:

  • installing/reinstalling Plex Server
  • Logging into another plex account (via desktop link - not server)
  • using different browsers
  • Setting DNS to 8.8.8.8/1.1.1.1
  • Refreshing DNS
  • Refreshing IP
  • Restarting 20 times (after each change)
  • Deleting Registry
  • Deleting User files
  • Deleting Program Files
  • Setting New Pin/Removing Pin
  • Resetting Password

Cannot claim server as there are no options because Plex server will not load and is stuck on “Getting Ready”.

Logs show the following:

Stop the server for 20 minutes and see if that fixes it. (could be cert retry throttling) otherwise post a copy of your server logs.

@LordXilos Please see the article on server logs on how to get a zip of your logs. A random excerpt is rarely going to contain the needed information.
