Stuck at "Getting ready" after installing Plex Media Server on Windows

Installed Plex Media Server on my Windows PC and can’t get it to start, it gets stuck at “Getting ready” and infinite loading loop. This is driving me mad, because I already did everything and still not working (yes, uninstalled, deleted appdata, deleted windows registries, etc). How am I suppose to identify/claim a new media server if it gets stuck at loading?!?!?!?!

Here is the log, need and answer asap, this is an absolute stupid bug :

Also when I type http://127.0.0.1:32400/web on my PC, it takes me to my other Plex server (laptop). How can this be possible if I’m on a different city with my laptop and my PC is at home!!! How can my PC connect to my laptop using such IP?

I believe there’s still some file on my PC that is conflicting with the new installation of Plex…
It’s like when the browser opens it recognizes the older installation or something… But I already tried clearing cache/cookies/history bug nothing seems to do the job…
The files I deletes were:

  • AppData\Local\Plex Media Server
  • Windows registry - Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server
  • c:\Program Files\Plex\Plex Media Server

And even rebooted the PC… Am I missing something?

I’m on Windows 11, not Mac
And yes I removed the device from authorised devices on plex page

Still with problems. Lose both my plex servers, plex server becomes unavailable on my TVs… Can’t claim server… Keeps saying on dashboard “Something went wrong”… Pffff wtf is going on??? It worked so great for the past 4 years and all of sudden I’m getting locked out of my local plex server. Something is very wrong with auth servers, because it can’t communicate with my account and plex servers I have.
