Hello, I have been pulling hairs with what’s happening for the past 3 days now.
I don’t use VPN and I tried changing my ipv4 dns to 8.8.8.8 and to 1.1.1.1 but nothing seems to work.
I have just reset my pc and reset my router and I still have the same problem.
My boyfriend said his pc didn’t have access to Plex, but i told him that was impossible because our Apple TV had access to it.
Then I opened it on my desktop (where the server is located) and I couldn’t open it.
If I press the PMS icon on the taskbar, it pops up a chrome tab with a spinning wheel and a title saying “getting ready” on loop.
I can log in into Plex but my library isn’t there and there is a button saying “Add Your Media” and if I press it, it tells me to install PMS, which I have installed.
I already uninstalled it and installed again with no success and I feel so lost.
Please help me 
I feel so demotivated, Reddit threads telling me to go to Reg Editor didn’t help, and the Plex Forum is pretty much dead.
