Getting Shaka1001 Error when trying to play pre roll

I get the ‘An error occurred trying to play “Plex Server Preroll”. shaka1001 (Network)’ when trying to play my pre roll before a movie, using chrome. Also it doesnt play on my TV, I dont get the error but it doesnt even try to play. Any ideas?
