i have just added a pre-roll but i keep getting this error after the pre-roll as ended shaka1001 (Network) when trying to play a film. but when i remove the pre-roll the movies play fine!!! i am at a loss and not sure what i am doing wrong!!!
I am runnig the most up to date softwear of plex and its running on a win10 pc… the media and the pre roll are both saved on the same drive but in diffreant main files. i also followed Jason;s tutorial from Bit My Bits.

Have you found a solution to this at all? Same thing is happening to me with only a few movies. It’ll play the pre-roll then error saying the connection to the PMS has been lost. Other movies it will load the movie just fine. Removing the pre-roll video allows all movies to be played just fine. Not sure what the issue is…
I’m experiencing the same issue after I added a pre-roll video and I’m getting the same error only via a web browser(chrome or firefox). The Plex app on android, WIN10 or OSMC do not throw this error.
